These images come from the recent stage of the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge which is the opening race of the FIM Cross Country Rallies World Championship. The rider is Helder Rodrigues of the Yamalube Yamaha Rally Team who won the third stage aboard a Yamaha WR450F. The overall leader of the race is Toby Price – the 2016 Dakar winner – on a KTM.
